If this is a rollover, which I believe it is, then ACO should cover the cost of repairs.

Would prefer to SimmplyMacs, since we have a credit we can use for your repairs.

I hope this finds you well.  The battery on the MacBook Pro you got me in 2020 has died.  If I take it to Simmply Macs to get replaced (or BeachMac, if they can’t do it) will the Faculty pay for it, or should I just claim it on my FPER?
