Subject: Re: AL Foyer hub-monitors
Good morning,
I only found one Phillips hub-monitor in ML 110, so I asked the co-ops to look into inventory. They determined the only hub-monitors we had enough for AL were the ThinkVisions. These are also the same type monitors we installed in PAS 1098 & PAS 1099 so made sense we have the same monitors for all student facing hub-monitors.
There will need to be updated conflucence documentation for connecting since most students will have Windows 11 (our instructions are currently Windows 10). I've asked for this from the co-op team and to validate they work.
I've also asked Matthew for a simplier connection process given most students I've talked to don't have much luck leveraging the Ethernet connection.

Hi Bill. I have heard through a coop that we're not using the Philips hub-monitors that are/were in ML 110 anymore. Can you tell me which monitors we are now supposed to use and where they are please. Nevil and I have scheduled the swap out this Wed. after lunch.
