[Acocoops] Medical issue

Dear Jameson,

I'm so sorry this is the worst day ever to called in sick. However, I'm having a medical issue that requires me to stay home for a day or two. I am going to the pharmacy as soon as it opens, and I can get a note if that would help. I can still do my work from home if that would be ok? let me know.
