Morning Isabella & others,
I had a draft to poke Anindya for a response, may be I should have used earlier.
Anyways, if we could create JIRA forms for both the FPER and Research requests, it would better help us determine the workflows (with appropriate tags set on those two forms). With these two forms, we can insert in the share to Faculty of Arts members about electrical safety standards (coming soon from Alica).
This is better than a website, however we should create a release of information for each, which would again provide like to the request form.
Make sense?
Also, would like to do the same with other information:
1.
Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) updates and links
2.
Ricoh printer, setup, colour printing, toner low, etc.
3.
Azure WVD shifting to IST's version in winter 2026
4.
etc.
Of note, we could test drive the research request form on Anindya given he has asked for input on a server suggestion for his research (he is bringing to ACO) ...

Thanks in advance, Bill

This is really good. I like it. Apologies for delay. Could you prepare a draft of how we could put this on our website as an information piece? If you need advice, Camille could probably help you. Thanks
