Afternoon Tracy,

Unfortunately, I don't believe Scott has done anything with it as of yet. Ticket came in Friday afternoon (Scott off that day). Co-ops tried to access the laptop, but standard passworkd doesn't work, so it may need Scott to finish off. I know he has worked on the request given he has a Micrsoft travel hub and monitor associated with laptop.

Once Jameson done his 1pm meeting, I'll ask him to look at the laptop, to determine what state it is in.

ACO is telling us we can’t receive the laptop for Claire today because Scott of out of office – can we not get this delivered by someone else?
