Hello Anthsoc Members,

The Anthropology Society is headed to London Ontario this Saturday
(October 20) to the Museum of Ontario Archaeology. The museum is located
on the site of a sixteenth century, pre-contact Neutral Iroquoian
village. There are reconstructed long houses and palisades as well as
ongoing digs by Western students. The museum has an amazing collection
and is well worth seeing. There is also a rather nice gift shop.
Admission is a lofty $3.25.

Write to me at colin at uwaterloo.ca to confirm that you are going and
whether you:
       A. Have a car and are willing to offer a ride to others
       B. Need a ride.

We will try to match riders with drivers the best we can. We will be
meeting in the South campus hall at 11:30 on Saturday morning. Location
of the Museum Located off Wonderland Road North, just south off Highway
22 (Fanshawe Park Road), the museum can easily be reached from Highway
401 by travelling north on Highway 2&4 and Wonderland Road. It is
actually in a residential area so don't think you are lost if you find
yourselves surrounded homes. Hope to see you there.

Colin Wallace
