[Anthsoc] Two Trips - Rock & Rom

Hi Everyone,

We are planning two events in the near future (in addition to the Meet 
and Greet event).

Rock Climbing

This Saturday January 19th Anthropology Society members are invited to 
go rock climbing at the Grotto in Guelph ( 
http://www.guelphgrotto.com/newsite/guelphgrotto.htm ). Don't worry if 
you have no experience. It's easy, fun and you never know when it could 
come in handy during your anthropology career. We'll be meeting there at 
11a.m. and will probably climb for two or three hours or until everyone 
is exhausted. Write to me if you need a ride and well see if we can hook 
you up with a driver. Climbing costs $11.75 for a day pass and another 
$5.00 if you don't own a harness. At the bottom of the page is a map for 
getting there. After climbing we can try a Greek restaurant just across 
the road that I hear is quite good.

R.O.M.

On February 2nd (Saturday) we are going to the Royal Ontario Museum. 
Please let us know well in advance if you are going,  if you need a ride 
or if you have a car. Write your response to colin at uwaterloo.ca. We will 
arrange for people to meet at South campus hall on the morning of the 
2nd and plan on spending the full day there. Admission is $17 for 
students with ID. There will be further details given to those who have 
confirmed as we get closer to that date.
