In his latest book, Dr. Andrew Cooper, Associate Director of CIGI and 
Professor in the Department of Political Science at the University of 
Waterloo, explores the shift from traditional diplomacy by 
professionally trained civil servants to a new form of advocacy by 
famous entertainers and entrepreneurs.
