Communities Working Together in Waterloo Region (a project based in UW's
Sociology Department) is hosting this event in partnership with two
not-for-profit groups:  World Wide Opportunities for Women and the African
Women's Alliance.  The Forum is the culmination of a longer-term effort to
draw attention to and develop strategies to combat race-related hate crimes
