Artists and musicians are needed for EARTH HOUR 2009!
Held on March 28th at the SLC!

The UW Sustainability Project of FEDS is recruiting artists and
musicians who want to showcase their talent at the EARTH HOUR show;
which is done in conjunction with Warrior Weekends. EARTH HOUR is an
international awareness campaign on climate change supported by the
World Wildlife Fund.

The world will be turning off their lights for one hour - 8:30 PM to
9:30 PM - on March 28 as a global vote for a better environment. You
can take part too!

ARTISTS NEEDED!
An art exhibition will be held in the Multipurpose Room to demonstrate
the theme "ENVIRONMENT".
All students are encouraged and all media are welcomed - abstract or direct!
Show the University of Waterloo what "Environment" means to you!
The People's Choice Artpiece artist will be receive a prize!

MUSICIANS NEEDED!
When the light falls dim, the only focus in the darkness is your
audience's breath... and the pulse of your rhythm!
Musicians are invited to break the silence and chariot a new hour of
possibilities.
Instrumentalists and singers - come shine!

The evening will conclude with a JAM SESSION (bring your own
instruments and voices to celebrate!), FREE FOOD, LOCAL CHEESES,
PRIZES, and fantastic WARRIOR WEEKEND activities!
Events run from 7pm until the wee hours of the night!

To all those who are interested, Emily Cho will be delighted to hear
from you at uwsp.board at gmail.com!
