I'm writing with an announcement of an event this week in the  
Department of Classical Studies. I would be very grateful if this  
could be included in the artsannounce list.

This Thursday 24 September  Prof. James Clauss (University of  
Washington) will give a public lecture from 4:00 - 5:00 p.m. in AL124.  
His talk will be entitled 'Virtual Greece: Hellenistic literature in  
the East and West'.
