Science in Society special topics course

Dear colleagues,

For the Winter 2013 term, the Department of Philosophy is pleased to offer
a lower division special topics course on Science in Society. Taught by
Waterloo Chair in Science and Society, Dr. Heather Douglas, the course
offers students from all backgrounds the opportunity to examine the
powerful role of science and scientists in society today.
