TNQ Wild Writers Festival Nov 2-3

Hello friends,

This weekend will see the first annual Wild Writers Festival staged by The New Quarterly, the nationally recognized literary magazine housed right here at St Jerome's.

The festival, held at the Balsillie School, includes masterclasses with such literary masters as Helen Humphreys and Elizabeth Hay, as well as free readings by a bevy of writers including Governor General's Award nominees Carrie Snyder and Tamas Dobozy. Friday Night features Rob Reid in conversation with Terry Fallis, and Saturday night, a "speakeasy" with music and readings at the Jazz Room.
