Earn Courses in an English Castle, Information Session Oct. 2, 3-4pm

On behalf of Dr. Steven Bednarski, I would like to invite any interested students to attend an information session led by Chantal-Christine Valkenborg, a representative from the Bader International Study Centre. She will be coming to UW to promote a great opportunity for undergraduate students to get accredited courses from Queen's University, while studying at Herstmonceux Castle in Sussex, England.

The school offers a variety of courses, including a hands-on Archaeology field school. The school has also recently provided a supportive atmosphere for graduate work, as an integral part of an international research collaboration centred on the castle.

The talk will take place on Wednesday, October 2 from 3:00-4:00 in the Hagey Hall History Reading Room (HH-117). Light snacks and beverages will be provided.
