Join the Waterloo Centre for German Studies, in association with the Stratford Festival, for a talk on and performance of Nathan the Wise on Friday, July 12th, 2019.

UW’s own Prof. Andrea Speltz will be giving the presentation, “The Stage as Pulpit,” in which she’ll outline the historical and biographical context for Nathan the Wise, G. E. Lessing’s 18th-century masterpiece on religious tolerance. Attendees will also be served a light dinner prior to the performance.

Normally, tickets for the performance cost $105 (incl. HST). The Waterloo Centre for German Studies is offering the talk, dinner, and theatre ticket for the low, low price of $56.50 (incl. HST). But tickets are limited, so you’ll want to act quickly to take advantage of this very special offer.
