The Office of Research invites Waterloo faculty, staff and students to attend the Friesen Prize Lecture, addressing maternal and child health and sustainable development: the do's and don'ts of doing so equitably.

DATE: Tuesday, January 16, 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. - the lecture will take place 11:00am - 12:00 p.m.
LOCATION: Health Expansion Building  (HLTH-EXP) 1686.

The event will featuring Dr. Zulfiqar A. Bhutta, recipient of the 2023 Henry G. Friesen International Prize in Health Research, awarded by Friends of CIHR, in addition to Waterloo faculty members, Susan Elliott, Hannah Neufeld, Charity Oga-Omenka and Zahid Butt, who will take part in a panel discussion.
