In this presentation, Dr. Seanna Davidson will provide an overview of the Systems Leadership Framework and its associated theory of change, as well as the key design elements of a 10 month leadership program which seeks to achieve this aim. As the second cohort completes the program, she will offer candid reflections on the learnings as designer and facilitator.
