CALL FOR PAPERS
 
Popular Culture Association Annual Conference
Philadelphia, Marriott Hotel
April 12-15, 1995 (the week preceding Easter Sunday, the 16th)
 
        Papers are solicited for panels on "Performance Studies" and on
"Dance and Culture" for the Popular Culture Association annual conference
from April 12 to 15, 1995, in Philadelphia.
 
        Send either a 250-word abstract or a full-length paper (about
10-12 pages for a 20-minute presentation) to the appropriate area chair
listed below.  Please include your audio-visual requirements with the
proposal; only slide projectors or VCRs are available if requested.  Titles
of the papers should be short (no more than 10 words) and descriptive.
Include your name, affiliation (if any), mailing address, and August-
September phone number or e-mail address.
 
        Deadline for proposals:  September 1, 1994.  (You will hear whether
your proposal has been accepted by October.)
 
        Hotel information and registration/membership forms will be mailed
in December.  Fees are $70 regular/$30 student-retired-unemployed AND
$35 membership fee if you are not currently a member of the association.
