                          'HOY POLLOY THEATRE PRODUCTIONS'
 
Dear subscribers,
 
   I am a member of an Australian theatre company called 'Hoy Polloy Theatre
Productions'.  We specialise in producing 'Fringe' plays that have been
overlooked by main-stream theatre companies in Australia.  We recently won an
award for the best production at the Melbourne Fring Festival for our
production of 'One Last White Horse' by Dermot Bolger (an Irish Playwright).
    We are very interested in new Canadian plays.  I would love to hear from
anyone who has seen any new works by Canadian writers.  At the same time if
anyone out there is interested in Australian plays I would be happy to help
with any inquires.
  Canadian plays that we have heard about include:
    'Hot 'n' Throbbin' by Paula Voglis
    'Lillies' by Marc Michel
    'Butterfly Kisses' by Phyllis Nagy
    'Bouchard' translated by Louise Gallimang
I would love to hear from anyone who has seen these plays. The scripts for
these plays are unavailable in Australia, so it would be great if someone
could give me an address of a bookshop that sells the scripts for these
plays.
