The Star Catalogues, based on Kepler & Brahe, received its world premiere
in Vancouver on Oct. 21. Composed by Owen Underhill, libretto by Marc
Diamond, directed by Richard Armstrong. Soloists: Fides Krucker, Michael
Jones, Marcel Van Neer. Music by Vancouver New Music ensemble. At the
Russian Hall, 600 Campbell Ave. It closes Oct. 29. For information, (604)

I haven't had a chance to see it yet, but Michael Scott of the Sun raved
over it. I don't know anything about future plans, i.e. Toronto.
