Fulbright Help

I am considering applying for a Fulbright, but am running close to the
deadline, and I need a contact person overseas to apply.  I would like to
apply to France, preferably in the Paris area.  I have a project in mind
that could fit into any of the following categories: playwriting,
directing, composition, opera, librettol writing, voice, or performance
art.  I know very little about the arts in Paris, i.e. schools,
institutions, artists, and I'm having trouble finding current information.
Can anyone help me?  If you have some connection to the arts or to an
artist in France, preferably someone with e-mail, since I'm running out of
time, please let me know.  Also, if you have had a Fulbright, I would love
to hear about your experience.  I would be very grateful for any help you
could provide.  Please respond to me directly, as I do not receive the list
