Dear Candrama:
I have nominated Tomson Highway for an Honorary Degree here at Brandon
University.  The nominating committee needs letters of support from both
academics and peers of the nominee.  If you have had contact with the man or
his work and could take a few minutes to e-mail a few words in support I would
appreciate it greatly.
This needs to be done by January 15, 1995.
