conservatory training for actors

[Raymond Louter]

I have a student who will be completing her liberal arts training next
year with a degree in theatre. She would like to enter into a
professional training programme, perhaps a conservatory of some sort. I
would love to hear from my colleagues on this list about what schools
are respected in the field, and which are just plain good. I would
welcome completely biased advertising from the schools themselves. She
would like to stay in Canada but would consider European schools since
she also has EC citizenship.
