I just tried and got through using http://www.puc.ca/
 
There is also a functioning link to PUC from our department website at
 
        http://www.uoguelph.ca/drama/index.htm
 
Just follow the link through "Some Theatre Resources on the Internet" to
the listing for Playwrights Union of Canada.
