Canada" (pub ECW Press 1993); particularly Mary M Brown's article in
"Theatrical Touring and Founding in North America." You'll find a
fascinating portrait of Small in Michael Ondaatje's "In the Skin of a
Lion." There are many articles in newspapers, magazines, periodicals, a
book by Fred McClement.
