Hello Simon,

Basically, you send the listserv <listserv at unbvm1.csd.unb.ca> or
<listserv at unb.ca> a message containing just the following line:

      "SET CANDRAMA NOMAIL"

When you wish to resume receiving messages, you send a line which
reads "SET CANDRAMA MAIL".

If you would like to receive a description of other useful listserv
commands, send the message: "INFO REFCARD" to the listserv address.
