1998 ACTR/ARTC CONGRES -- APPEL DE COMMUNICATIONS
Dans le cadre du Congres annuel des sciences sociales et humaines, le
congres de l'ARTC aura lieu du 27 au 30 mai 1998 a l'Universite
d'Ottawa. Tout en sollicitant des propositions de tout sujet relie au
mandat de l'Association, nous suggerons aux membres le theme suivant:
Pratique theatrale et reflexion
Nous sollicitons tout particulierement comediennes et comediens,
scenographes, metteures en scene et metteurs en scene, dramaturges et
pedagogues a partager les resultats de leurs travaux de toute origine. Le
comite considerera egalement des propositions qui, dans le cadre de notre
theme Pratique theatrale et reflexion, toucheront les themes du Congres
annuel: Sante; Migration/immigration; le Bien public.
Les soumissions, sous forme de resume de 300 mots en francais ou en
anglais, devront parvenir en cinq (5) copies, avant le 15 decembre 1997, a
l'adresse suivante.
Les decisions seront communiquees avant le 15 fevrier 1998. En cas
d'acceptation d'une proposition, un resume, redige si possible en francais
et en anglais, devrait etre expedie a l'editrice du Bulletin de liaison
avant le 1er mars 1998 pour publication dans le numero du printemps.

1998 ACTR/ARTC CONFERENCE -- CALL FOR PAPERS
The annual conference for 1998 will be held 27 to 30 of May at the
University of Ottawa as part of the 1998 Congress of the Social Sciences
and Humanities. While proposals on any topic of interest to the
Association are being sought, we invite members to consider this theme:
Theatre Practice and Reflection
Actors, designers, directors, playwrights and educators are particularly
encouraged to share their work in the laboratory, workplace and/or studio.
Within our theme of Theatre Practice and Reflection, proposals under the
Annual Congress theme of Health, Public Good, and Migration and
Immigration will also be considered.
Proposals in the form of a 300-word abstract, in either French or English,
should be sent in five (5) copies not later than 15 December 1997 to the
address below.
You will be notified by 15 February 1998 as to whether your paper has been
accepted. If your paper is accepted, you must send a copy of your
abstract (in both French and English if possible) to the editor of the
newsletter before 1 march 1998, for publication in the Spring issue.
