SAINT MARY'S UNIVERSITY
Department of English
The Department of English, Saint Mary's University, invites
applications for two positions effective September 1, 1998. The
positions are as follows: One tenure-track position in the
History of Drama; and one three-year term position (with the
possibility of a tenure-track appointment, subject to budgetary
approval) in Twentieth Century American and British Fiction.
Applicants should be prepared to teach required first-year
English courses in composition and literature, as well as a range
of intermediate and senior undergraduate courses in their fields.
A completed Ph.D. and demonstrated strength in both teaching and
research are required.
