1) TOURS:  Please take note that special "free" tours of the National
Library, the National Archives and the Library of Parliament are available
during the Congress. Delegates MUST reserve in advance by contacting Jean
LeBlanc, Morisset Library, University of Ottawa, to register for the
following dates:

National Library: May 29 at l0:00
National Archives: June 1 at 13:00
Library of Parliament: June 2 at 10:00

2) RESIDENCES:  Please note that the following dates are COMPLETELY BOOKED
in the University of Ottawa residences:

To make reservations for other dates, please fax your request to Housing
Services at the following number : (613) 564-6530.

ATTENTION: As of today, all confirmation of reservations will be forwarded
by fax or email.  Please make sure to indicate either number on your
request. Until today, all confirmations have been sent by mail.

VISITES: Nous vous invitons à prendre part à une des visites guidées (sans
frais) de la Bibliothèque nationale, des Archives nationales et de la
Bibliothèque du Parlement qui seront organisées durant le Congrès.  Les
congressistes DOIVENT RÉSERVER à l'avance en communiquant avec M. Jean
LeBlanc, Bibliothèque Morisset, Université d'Ottawa pour les dates qui suivent:

Bibliothèque nationale: le 29 mai à 10 heures
Archives nationales: le 1 juin à 13 heures
Bibliothèque du parlement: le 2 juin à 10 heures

parvenir votre demande d'hébergement auprès du Service de résidences par
télécopieur au (613) 564-6530.  

ATTENTION: A compter d'aujourd'hui, les confirmations de réservation seront
envoyées par télécopieur ou par courrier électronique; veuillez donc vous
assurer que ces renseignements sont inscrits sur votre demande.  Les
confirmations antérieures ont été envoyées par courrier régulier.
