Spin-Offs

Now that's an interesting question, Brian.  I know I've heard artistic
directors, managers and board presidents make all sorts of interesting
claims ( as have operators of professional sports teams, etc., of course).
 But I can't recall what their sources were, or the formulae that were
applied.  I only recall that the numbers sounded valid, and the tones were
confident.  I bet somebody at the Edmonton Performing Arts Council would
have figures.  Probably also PACT?
