DRAMA INSTRUCTOR

The Visual and Performing Arts department at Keyano College is looking
for an energetic, innovative individual to assume this key position.
This is a permanent full time position commencing August 16, 1999.

As a Drama Instructor you will be required to teach in at least two of
the following subject areas: first or second year acting; play
analysis and introduction to theatre art; movement for the actor. The
successful candidate will also be required to direct College
productions involving both students and community members and assist
in play selection for the College's theatre season..

QUALIFICATIONS: Relevant Master's degree in drama or theatre with
related work in professional theatre and successful post secondary
teaching experience in drama. Experience in a variety of dramatic
styles, the ability to recruit and build a drama class, as well as
work within the theatre community would be considered definite assets.

SALARY: $38,768 00 - $62,525 00 per annum plus benefits.
