Refus Global-legal opinions needed

Hello Gaetan:

First, my praise for the huge job you are doing.

My view is that while the text of the "Refus global" may have been read
in public, it still has integrity as a text created by the members of that
collective. Any translation would need clearance of those involved or
their estates. This permission might well be granted considering your
plan. Any existing translations would seem to me to fall under a similar
copyright restriction involving the translator(s) as well.
