LIMITED TERM  POSITION IN DRAMATIC ART


Applications are invited for a nine month Limited Term position in Dramatic Art
for the term August 15, 1999 to May 15, 2000 at the rank of Assistant Professor.

Responsibilities will include the teaching of Creative Play, Storytelling, and
Research Methods in the Drama in Education program.  Additional teaching
responsibilities will include teaching in the General/Honours Drama degree
program in such courses as Reader

?s Theatre, Acting, Developmental
Improvisation, or other areas of the candidate?s expertise.   A Ph.D. is
preferred.  Candidates who hold a Masters Degree with significant experience in
Drama in Education are also encouraged to apply.  University teaching experience
including supervision of individual student projects is essential.   A
demonstrated commitment to research and publication, and classroom experience
are assets.
