The draft treaty to protect audiovisual performance is posted on the
site of the World Intellectual Property Organization:

As part of the preparation for the WIPO meetings in December, there will
be a consulation meeting, which will take place on Oct 31, 2000 at 10:30
a.m. at the Government Conference Centre, 2 Rideau St. Ottawa.  If you
