Information on subscribing paper for ACTR meeting in 2001

First of all, many thanx to you all - people at CANDRAMA - for helping me during my two years' stay at McGill.  Now I am back home in Brasil, and more than before I need your help. As I think that in the meantime between the closing of my Canadian CANDRAMA eletronic address and the opening of my Brasilian one some items of information were missed, I would like to know:

1. The date & place of 2001 ACTR meeting
2. What I should do to deliver a paper
