Hi

If you're looking for something fun to do this Friday night (and if you want to contribute to a worthy cause), come on out to a fundraiser party. The details are below.

HammerHead is throwing a fundraiser event for their upcoming production of "Rabid" at SummerWorks.  The show is a skinhead fairie tale about brotherhood, hatred, and manipulation.  It will be going up at the Factory Mainspace between Aug. 2 - 10.  Written by Kevin Rees-Cummings, directed by Sam Stedman, choreographed by Allison Rees-Cummings, sound design by Steve GordonMarsh, and stage managed by JP Robichaud, the cast includes Rebecca Burton, Allison Rees-Cummings, Ryan McVittie, Sandy Donaldson, Shane MacKinnon and Radek Hajda.  But enough about that.

The fundraiser is in the upstairs room at the Rhino (south side of Queen, just west of Dufferin in good old Parkdale).  Entertainment will include Claire Jenkins, Andy Boorman, Meat the Potatoes, and         t h r u s t m o n k e y..  There will also be raffle prizes and a silent auction.  It's this Friday (June 29th), $7 at the door and it all starts at 8PM.  So, come one and come all.
