Mailings, more complete integration of the front office, and additional consolidation of certain production support facilities.  A complete merger of the companies does not seem to be feasible at this time because of the considerable differences in Artistic Mandate of the two companies.  This assessment is discussed in more detail below.  Leverage Artistic Mandates - Artistic Mandates of other Theatre Companies active in the Calgary Market are summarized in Attachment 4.  An ideal “consolidation” from the standpoint of the current ATP Board would exist where there is an opportunity to strengthen our Artistic Mandate in combination with significant cost savings and an opportunity to grow Audience (from the proforma projections of both companies) as a result of better exposure and marketing.
