process of summarising what Herbert Blau has written about the concept of
"audience", the presence/absence of audience, etc .

I need your help to complete Blau's background:
- In what circumtances Blau's writings  came to you?
- What is the general spirit of his research?
- In what sortes of circumtances would you juggest to refer to his book,
"The Audience"?
