THEATRE ARTS

The Theatre Arts Department of Redeemer University College invites
applications for a new tenure-track position to begin August 2003,
pending budgetary approval. This candidate will be prepared to teach
undergraduate courses in theatre history and dramatic literature.
Additional areas of expertise (media studies, film, technical theatre,
dramaturgy, playwrighting or performance theory) would be advantageous.

As a liberal arts and sciences university college rooted in the Reformed
tradition of Christianity, we seek candidates who are committed to
teaching and pursuing scholarship from this perspective.  Applicants
should possess, or be near completion of, a Ph.D.  Interested applicants
should submit a curriculum vitae and three letters of reference.  The
deadline for applications is December 31, 2002 or until filled.
