Hi,
Can anybody tell me exactly where and when (day? month? year?) ACTR
awarded Gratien Gelinas with an honorary life membership in the
Association? My recollection is Montreal around 1984-85, but I can't seem
to get it more specific than that and I need an answer fairly quickly.
