ATDS 
Emerging Scholars Panel

 

The American Theatre and Drama Society (ATDS) invites graduate students to
present their work at the 2007 Association for Theatre in Higher Education
(ATHE) Conference in New Orleans, LA.

 

Graduate faculty and advisers:  please share this announcement with your
students.

 

Ø   Currently enrolled graduate students who have never presented at ATHE
are invited to submit a paper on any aspect of United States¹ theatre or
drama for consideration.

Ø   Three papers will be selected for presentation at the 2007 ATHE
conference in New Orleans, LA.

Ø   Submissions must be complete, no longer than 15 pages, and include an
abstract.  

Ø   Submit 4 copies to:  Dr. Susan Kattwinkel, Department of Theatre, 66
George St., College of Charleston, Charleston, SC 29424.

Ø   Email attachments also accepted: kattwinkels at cofc.edu

Ø   Please include contact information for school year and summer.  Deadline
is March 15, 2007. 

 

The three selected students will receive $200, a one-year membership in the
American Theatre and Drama Society, and a year's subscription to the Journal
of American Drama and Theatre.
