MICHA, THE MICHAEL CHEKHOV ASSOCIATION, announces a workshop for Teachers
January 2-6 2008 California State University Long Beach, CA

Those new to the Chekhov technique are welcome.  Basic information is
below.  Please contact www.michaelchekhov.org to SIGN UP or for more 
details.

We will meet on the CSU Long Beach Campus January 2, 5:30 - 7pm for a
reception and orientation.  Classes begin January 3 and will take
place 9 am 5 pm.  There will be an optional evening class, to be
announced.  Classes will end January 6 at 12 pm.  Please plan your
travel accordingly.

Faculty
Scott Fielding, Mel Shrawder and Fern Sloan. Joanna Merlin will teach
an evening class.*

Text
Light up the Sky by Moss Hart.  Please familiarize yourself with the
play and choose a character you would like to work with.  Memorize a
minute of their text prior to the workshop.

Fees
$525/$500, Friends of MICHA
This fee is inclusive of classes as well as lunch January 3, 4, 5.
