David Mirvish & History of Theatre in Toronto

I don't know if Toronto-area people already know about this event with David
Mirvish speaking about the history of theatre in Toronto.

The 33rd Annual Heritage Toronto Awards, held at the historic Carlu on
Monday, October 15th, are just around the corner. 

 

The Awards recognize individuals and groups who are dedicated to Toronto's
natural and cultural heritage. 

 

This year David Mirvish will deliver the William Kilbourn Memorial Lecture -
"The Night of Nights: The History of Theatre in Toronto". 

 

As part of this special night, Heritage Toronto will also present its
highest award to long-time heritage conservationist and architect William
"Bill" Greer who will receive the Heritage Toronto Special Achievement
Award. 

 

Please join us for a spectacular evening - tickets are available now.

Tickets are $25 if you say you are part of the "Theatre Museum Group"
(regularly $30).
