	The Musical
by Danny Schur and Rick Chafe (both of Winnipeg

is the story, of course, of the Winnipeg Strike, which aired
on CBC this afternoon, and which has seen articles on the production
appear in newspapers across the country in the past few days --The 
National Post
Calgary Herald, Vancouver Sun, Toronto Star (today). Schur was also 
interviewed
on CBC earlier today.

Playwrights Canada Press will publish this important work by 
mid-November.
It is entirely possible that a CD of the music will be part of the 
package, but that
is to be determined by mid-September at the latest.

Purchasing Departments may acquire an ISBN by Wednesday September 5th.
