CTR clarification

Dear CANDRAMA'ers,

For those who are interested, Rebecca Burton and I would like to  
provide some information that may make our recent articles in CTR 132  
a little easier to navigate.  The multiple graphs and charts that  
were intended for Rebecca's essay were placed throughout my article  
in error.  The result is, at the very least, rather confusing.  While  
little can be done to address this for future readers, we hope this  
knowledge may be of use to some of you at this time. The editors of  
CTR have expressed their regrets.
