Please join Playwrights Canada Press as we launch new books for 2008!

Playwrights Canada Press will be holding our annual luncheon for members of
the Canadian Association for Theatre Research during the Congress of
Humanities and Social Sciences this year at the University of British
Columbia.

Playwrights Trina Davies and Anosh Irani will be on hand to read from their
books Shatter and The Bombay Plays: The Matka King and Bombay Black, and
we¹ll hear from Anne Nothof on The Alberta Advantage, Sherrill Grace on
Canada and the Theatre of War, Cynthia Zimmerman on Sharon Pollock:
Collected Works Volume III, Ric Knowles on the three new volumes in the
series Critical Perspectives on Canadian Theatre in English, Louise Forsyth
on Anthology of Québec Women¹s Plays in English Translation, Volume II,
1987-2003 and Bruce Barton on an anthology of devised theatre texts.
