Kiss Me Kate

I know this might be a bit of a long shot but I am looking (to borrow for a couple of months) the book (I don't need the score or the libretto or any vocal parts)  for Kiss me Kate .  I have tried all the usual suspects (Amazon, S. French, DPS etc etc) and with no luck.  It's is for a panel at ATHE (and not a rogue production of Cole Porter on the banks of Wascana Lake) and I am willing to cover postage (or other shipping means)
