Call for Proposals through the Canadian Association of Food Studies (CAFS)

In conjunction with Congress 2015, CAFS is organizing a special symposium that will run along side it’s main conference. The symposium is meant to extend conversations in food studies broader than their current boundaries to include disciplines and topics not traditionally integrated in the spirit of celebrating transdisciplinary discourses. The symposium will invite participants to think beyond the question “What is food studies?” to consider “What if food studies ______?”

Depending on the submissions, we may even have the opportunity to cross-list a session at Congress 2015 with CATR.
