Most significant trend or change

I'm prepping my final lecture in  my Canadian Drama course and I'm wondering in 25 words or less (I'm looking for your midnight after a couple of drinks response NOT your academic one;-) 
 
Over the last ten years, what is the most significant trend or change that you have witnessed/experienced in "Canadian theatre/drama"?
