Visiting Instructor/Lecturer Position at Georgia State University

I’m posting this for my school. I do not know if they are in a position to hire a Canadian, but will look into it if there’s any interest:



The Department of Communication anticipates hiring a Limited-Term Lecturer/Instructor to teach undergraduate courses in theater; preference to those with appropriate teaching experience and scholarly preparation. Primarily teaching responsibility is the departments large lecture introduction to theatre course. For Limited-Term Instructors, a M.A. (at minimum) is required by August 2016. For Limited-Term Lecturers, a Ph.D., M.F.A., or other appropriate terminal degree is required by August 2016. Review of applications will begin April 15 and continue until the positions are filled. Send application letter, CV, graduate transcripts, three letters of recommendation, and evidence of teaching effectiveness to Dr. Greg Smith, Limited-Term Search Committee Chair, Department of Communication, Georgia State University, P.O.
